Crock Pot BBQ Pulled Chicken
Welcome back to my kitchen. Today we are making a family friendly recipe Pulled BBQ Chicken. This recipe is very low fat, delicious and great to keep in the fridge to "Grab and Go" during the week. Cutting Carbs, pair it with a salad.
Serve it to the kids on a roll and watch them lick their lips...
Directions:
In a bowl mix tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, liquid smoke, garlic powder, and vinegar. Pour into crock pot.
Place Chicken in Crock pot and mix sauce to cover chicken.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours and then low until ready to eat.
or
Cook on low 7-8 hours
Ingredients:
- 1-2 lbs chicken breat
- 1 can tomato sauce (look for low sodium)
- 1/2 cup organic ketchup (has no high fructose corn syrup)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Liquid Smoke (optional)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Crock Pot
- Rolls
