One Minute Exercises - Plie Squats



Today on one minute exercises we are doing the Dumbbell Plie Squat.  Great for the inner thighs and gluteus.  Make sure your when  you squat to point your knees in the direction of your toes which are angled out.  
Work the gluteus, get the cardio going and get that booty bikini ready!!
