Banana Almond Cinnamon Shake

Forget the coffe or energy drinks.  This is a delicious shake in the afternoon when your energy may be getting low.
Simple to make and full of goodness.
Ingredients:
4-5 medjool dates, pitted
1 cup filtered water
1/4 teaspoon sinnamon
3 Tbsp. raw almond butter
1 to 2 bananas
1 cup ics
Serves 2
Directions:
Place dates and water in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth to create a date paste.  Add cinnamon, almond butter, banana, ice and water blend until creamy.
