1.  Walking Lunges with a stationary Squat
2. Plie Squat & Ballet Legs
3. 30 Second Fusion Snatch & Grabs
4.  Criss Cross Squat

**ALWAYS WARM UP with light stretching or cardio for 5-10 minutes before performing exercises**
