Enjoy part 3 of my Thin Thighs Series videos.  We are hitting the lower body from every angle.  Part one focused on lunges and getting the heart rate up, part 2 we were down on the matt.  Today we are doing a combination of squats and matt work.  Keeping the tension on those leg muscles during the matt work will have your lower body burning and the squat lunge combo at the end will have you working hard for those thin thighs.  Remember
