Happy 2nd Birthday
Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead

You all know I love juicing.  Last month I felt the need to add another juicer to my collection.  I went to the store and bought a sexy silver Breville Juicer.  I collect juicers like some woman collect shoes!  It came with a free video, Fat Sick & Nearly Dead.
I ran home, set up my new juicer and popped the movie in my computer to watch it.  I fell in love with Joe Cross, his story and his message to educate and inspire people to achieve weight loss and health through juicing and plant-based eating.
This is a MUST SEE movie for everyone who is interested in reclaiming his or her health.  No, actually this is a movie EVERYONE should see period.

Fat Sick and Nearly Dead
Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead chronicles the story of two men who struggle to lose weight, overcome the same rare disease and change their lives for good.
The uplifting narrative follows Australian Joe Cross on a road trip across the U.S. while he does a 60-day juice fast (consuming only fruits and vegetables in liquid form). On this transformative journey, he meets and inspired Phil Staples – a 420 lb. truck driver from Iowa to do the same.
Joe suffered from a serious and painful skin disease called Chronic Uticaria.  Uticaria is a kind of skin rash similar to hives that can appear any where on the body.
Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead has inspired people to lose more than 6 million pounds, consume over 93 million glasses of fresh juice
Joe was 100 lbs. overweight, on a numerous medications and had been to countless Dr.’s, traditional and holistic but was not getting the relief and answers he was looking for.
