Lets End The Confusion

You go to the grocery store all the time, you know organic is always a better choice.  But sometimes your budget just does not allow you to buy every item organic.
All produce comes with those little stickers that have numbers on them now.  These are called PLU or price lookup codes and it also tells you how the fruit was grown.  You know the stickers, the ones you have to try to peel off before you can take a bite of your juicy fruit.  Have you ever forgotten to take one off and then found it floating in your smoothie?  Not that it has ever happened to me.  LOL.
