Lets do this!
This is a beginner workout if you are just getting started or just want a quick full body workout.
Don't let the word beginner fool you. 10 Exercises done for 1 Minute each. You will get your heart rate up and work the body.
Go grab some weights, a water bottle and your energy and lets GET it in and GET it done!
**ALWAYS WARM UP with light stretching or cardio for 5-10 minutes before performing exercises**
10 Exercises - Each Done for 1 Minute
1.  Side to Side Step
2.  Slow Pull High Knee
3.  Wall Push Ups
4.  Hip Rolls
5.  March in Place
6.  Bicep Curl & Over Head Shoulder Press
7.  AB Toros Twist & Punch
8.  Leg Side Raises
9.  AB Overhead Side Bends
10. March in Place
