What is the Fit and Fabulous Mom Contest about?
It is about health, wellness and being your personal best no matter what shape or age you are. It’s about stepping out of your comfort zone and trying something new. Life begins just outside of your comfort zone.
The Fit and Fabulous Mom Contest is a sister-hood of woman who support and encouraging each other. Backstage you will find lots of excitement, new friendships, and most of all empowerment. The Fit and Fabulous Mom is a woman of courage, motivation and inspiration helping to show woman across the globe that you can be Fit and Fabulous at any age even while raising a family.
The Fit and Fabulous Mom Contest has two rounds a Fitness Wear Round where you will walk on stage in your favorite fitness outfit. Don’t worry you don’t need to do a “fitness routine” a fitness prop and a great smile are all you need. Think confidence, stage presence and having fun with the judges and the audience. The evening wear round is about you shining, so choose an outfit that is elegant, family friendly and that you feel beautiful in. Think a night out with your special sweetheart. Moms have chosen to wear either a cocktail dress or an evening gown, it’s up to you!
