Just because we are busy with holiday preparations and shopping  does not mean it’s time to forget about ourselves.  This is a great workout you can do at home, in the gym or at the park.  Do each exercise1o times and then repeat for a total of three times.  It will get your heart pumping and your body in fat burning mode for the rest of the day.
