Today we are doing the Kettle Bell Crush Circuit Workout. I know this is going to be one of your favorites.  LOL, I say that all the time!

BENEFITS OF THE KETTLEBELL

Kettlebells are an amazing tool to add to your fitness routine if  you want to get tight and toned without spending hours working out. They come in different weights and are made out of different materials like, plastic, metal or even sand.  They are great for a home gym because they are effective at using your whole body and take up very little space.  You can purchase them online or at your favorite sporting good store.  I have even gotten some Kettlebells at Marshalls and T.J. Maxx, they are everywhere.

1.  KETTLEBELLS WORK MANY MUSCLES AT ONCE

The kettle bell is great to use the same way you would use a dumbbell but only doing that you would miss out on the three-dimensional functional movements it is truly made for.  The basic kettle bell swing uses muscles in your legs, abs and upper body plus it pumps up your hear rate.  That is a true quick and efficient Hot and Healthy fat burning workout.

When you are working out with the kettlebell your core has to stay strong and engaged throughout the whole movement.  Your ab muscles work like a corset from the front of your body to the back, so you are strengthening all the way around your whole body.  Good form is KEY when working with kettlebells, you do not want to lean over, a straight back and eye gaze forward will keep you in proper form.  Bending should come from your hips.  If you feel your form is not correct or you are getting tired stop immediately.  It is best to get a lesson from a certified fitness professional so you are familiar with proper form and how to hold your body when working out with kettlebells.

The kettlebell swing is the foundation for many other kettlebell exercises, and it simultaneously firms your booty and your abs.  There are so many different exercises you can do with the kettlebell from squats, lunges and swings that will work your glutes and abs at the same time.

You have to be focused when using the kettlebell.  You can go on the treadmill and kind of ZONE OUT but working with the kettlebell is the opposite. You need total focus and concentration.  The result is improved coordination and mental focus.
